Is it possible to disable domain related options. The issue we are facing is Client can make the necessary event logging related changes without intimation to supplier and can say that data is not logging as per 21 CFR.

When you say “disable domain related options”, you mean protect the domain from edit?
If the client hasn’t this password, he can’t edit the application.

Domain Options which are available at the right bottom corner of our desktop which shows the license details, server runtime, etc.

In this case you will need to configure users to allow and users to block in Permissions screen. Try to block the Edit Domain option. After that, will be necessary to log in to edit the domain.
