Recently we have faced Elipse E3 software getting closed unexpectedly.

What can be the possible reason or what do i need to do to find out any particular log in the scada server?

Was the application working before? Has any modification been made to it?
Does the problem happen in the local Viewer?
Does the problem happen when you start the Initial Screen or when you open a specific screen or click on a specific button?

Application is running since last 3-4 years. No modification has been made since last 1 year.
Yes, problem has occurred in the local viewer.
This problem has occurred on its own. There was no click on any specific button.
No one was operating the SCADA system.
