Erro ao abrir EPM Studio

Estamos enfrentando um erro em nosso servidor ao abrir o EPM Studio, não abrindo o software.

Segue o código de erro:
Opc.Ua.ServiceResultException: Cannot access certificate private key. Subject=CN=Elipse Plant Manager Studio

Tente o seguinte:
Com o EPM Studio fechado, acessar o caminho “C:\ProgramData\Elipse Software\Certificates\UA Applications\certs” e apagar o arquivo com nome “Elipse Plant Manager Studio […].der”.

Já na pasta “C:\ProgramData\Elipse Software\Certificates\UA Applications\private”, apague o arquivo “Elipse Plant Manager Studio […].pfx”.

Depois disso, tente abrir novamente o EPM Studio e realizar a conexão.
