Hardkey installation/detection problem in windows 7 Pro 64 bit

I am migrating from windows xp 32 bit to windows 7 professional 64 bit.

I am able to install E3 studio (ver 1.00.022 Build 67) but the hardkey (in parallel port, ECP mode) is not being detected by the E3 studio.

I followed the steps in thelink but couldn’t succeed.

Please tell us how to make E3 studio detect the hardkey.

Dear @abhi1234,

The version 1.00.022 may have inconsistencies with Windows 7. We recommend upgrading the version of E3 (4.7), which also involves replacing the hardkey.
