Lost IEC61850 connection between Relay and Elipse

Dear All

We have a situation: IEC61850 connection between some Relay and Elipse is interrupted.
We must stop/start Elipse Power to recover these connection.
Relays are GRD200 - Toshiba, Alstom GE (P543, P443), GRL200 - Toshiba.
We scan normally IEC61850 of GRD200, P543, P443 by IEDScout (Omicron) so IEC61850 of relay is good .
We received analog and protection from relay in 61850 connection.
Please help us to handle this case.
